ridiculous bank. they will not cash my paychecks because the check is not attached to a payroll. they want to hold the money.I have never dealt with anything like this. they said because its a new account. I've had the account 4 months! then they said its because my account is low..wtf bye bright star you are the worst

Customer service is slow their more concerned about the customer removing there glasses or sunglasses don't know if the glasses are prescription or not it doesn't matter, if a customer gives you their driver license and card to do an transaction who in hell is worried about a explicitive robbery if its going to happen glasses on glasses off not going to stop the mayhem. That was recited to me, don't ask how you are doing and don't ask you to remove your glasses, more like telling you I need you to remove your glasses I like no I am on chemotherapy the light hurt my eyes and at the same time the teller is looking at my Social Security check deposit and still acted like an imbecile throwing down my license and debt card on the counter which I respectfully put in her hand body language is for the streets Bright Star is a place of business this is the Hollywood, FL and Pembroke Pines branch need retraining they pick and choose whom to force policy with maybe drive through is better service. Downtown Ft.Lauderdale branch no problem was very professional wasn't worrying about sunglasses was more concerned about the customer which is customer service. Amen.

The manager is nice and realistic

Do not bother setting up an account. If you have one, close it. They provide the worst customer service.

Today 2/3/2017 between 12:50 and 1:30pm, i came to the branch in hollywood Fl , wait for more than an half hour to see a banker and no one even came to apologize for the long wait. Then I walk to ask if there's no banker available, and they were 2 ladies (bankers) together telling me that they were doing something without any customer in front of them. And she was rude in her speech. Earlier, I saw the other one on her cellphone while I was still waiting. This is unacceptable. I will never bank in this branch again. The one On Davie rd are great. I was in this area. I am so upset right now by the way I was treated.
