Horrible and lied to. What a bunch if idiots, I spent over an hour in that bank to withdraw funds to purchase a car I flew to Florida to purchase. Four times the teller told me she was waiting for a second person to accompany her to go into the vault. After an hour I was told they would not release my money. I then went to the Hollandale branch and completed my transaction and that included time time I spent to explain the experience I had with these idiots.

Worst branch to go to waited about 1/2hour just for a temporary card cause mine got lost
