Third Federal Savings & Loan in Hallandale Beach, FL

dont expect to go there and get any kind of courtesy banking, i.e, breaking a large bill, exchanging paper money for coins, etc. unless you have an account there. With an attitude like that, why would anyone want to open an account there.

The reason that I opened an account in this bank was my good experience when I took a loan for an apartment. A loan for apartment I got in three weeks.After that I decided to open an checking account in the same bank.My worst decision I ever made in my life. Still after almost two months, I'm waiting to get a debit card.I asked to talk to the manager but it was just a waste of my time. All they know to say is "I apologize". Manager promised to try to do something and would call me the next day. You guessed it, I never got a call. There is nothing better to expect from workers if managers are even worse. Now I am forced to do everything from beginning with another bank. I highly recommend you never go into this bank.

I was so surprised to see the negative comments about this branch. I have been banking here for 5 years and just recently did my mortgage also. The staff treat you like a family member. They could not be more helpful and friendly each time i have occasion to go in to the branch. Keep up the good work :)
