I been with Wells Fargo 18 Years And I Been Very Happy with all There Service and Support They Have Give Me in The 18 Years

My girlfriend and I just got a house and were setting up a joint account for bills. The entire time both the banker and manager were being rude to my GF as I made more money than her and they kept on pushing that, and I quote, "Most relationship have problems due to money"... We have been together over 3.5 years and lived together under the same money situation for over 1.5 years. They made both of us real uncomfortable and kept looking down at us the entire time. ---------- She also called me a couple weeks later to talk about setting up another account and asked me to come in at 9:00am on a Saturday. When I got there 15 min. early, she not only didn't greet me, but I waited over 45 minutes for her as she was with someone else, I also never recieved a call back to apologize. I have yet to go back to that branch and seriously considered changing to Chase as I have all my other finances through them anyways.

I come here a lot only because it's the closest bank to me. Even when they have no customers they take forever! And when thru got busy at 2:30pm, they still only kept ONE teller for inside and ONE teller for drive through. Absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate!
