Customer service is great! The gentleman that has owned the place for like 16 years very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, extremely generous on loans. I have been goIng to this place forever and would highly recommend them to everyone and they have a wide variety of really nice jewelry and a bunch of other stuff. It's just a great place shop and/ or get a loan.

Great place for all sorts of things, they've resized rings for me... replaced watch batteries, did jewelry trades, bought jewelery. Kirk and his team are very personable and knowledgeable about all aspects of their business, I definitely recommend them.

If I could rate this a negative score I would the man in here is condescending and incredibly rude when I asked questions he simply wrote me off and said he wasn't interested. I will never go back. He obviously has never had heard of customer service in his life. I'm very surprised at the ratings for this place considering the un warranted rudeness I recieved as a first time seller.
