So my wife and I find a house we like by Lennar and go to see if we can get pre-approved, since we knew of one small issue that would be resolved soon. Of course we were told its not a problem at all and are pre-approved, we sign the contract and submit all the paperwork. It gets to the under writer and the main issue I had brought up,THE ONE I MENTIONED MULTIPLE TIMES, was now saying we had to wait four more months, but we are suppose to close the end of March. Don't waste your time, luckily we have a good connection with a different company.

I had a great experience with this company and Lennar homes. Everything went smoothly for a first time home buyer. I felt that they answered my questions quickly and were professional.
