BB&T in Clearwater, FL

I recently opened an account here and will be closing it immediately. The woman at the branch, Charmaine, was unbelievably rude and unhelpful and I have had nothing but problems with them since I opened this account. They seem like they could not care less about fixing the issues with my account that that their policies, which they refused to explain to me, created. Wish I could go back to Bank of the West, but sadly they don't have branches here in Florida. I will be finding a new bank tomorrow.

I have been banking with BB&T for only a few months now, but let me tell you, the customer service is exceptional!! I have used two different branches and each one had amazing staff! LouAnne at the Sunset Point location is just about the sweetest person you will ever meet!!

I started a small business a couple years back. Did a lot of checking around, and BB&T had the best deal. The staff at the Clearwater branch is awesome. They even provided me with labor law posters to bring my business into compliance for free. I'll be a customer for life.
