It's Bank of America 2.0. Much better in evey way compared to 15-20 years ago. That's why I switched 4 months ago from Wells Fargo!

I took my time to go in to deposit a check thinking maybe I would have a faster experience with a human instead of a machine , I was completely wrong. I had proof of a name change and they still just stared at me so I went to the ATM instead and had no problems, how sad.

This bank branch is a joke. ALWAYS a line of 5+ people, tellers are extremely slow, just save your time. Go to the one on Fort Harrison or just pick another bank. If you think going inside will be a quick in and out you're wrong

The staff at this b.o.a. made me feel like a criminal when I was just trying to verify funds to be deposited into my business account at another bank drawn on their bank. Very glad I stopped doing business with B.O.A a while back!
