Platinum has been nothing short of excellence. I have had 2 loans and Lance, Eric, Gabby and Theresa are top professionals in Clearwater, Florida. I see negative reviews and its mind-boggling to see the bad reviews when Platinum really does do the most they can for customers within certain parameters, of course. Yes, the % rates are high but it's no ones fault but the person with the bad credit. They really do help when others will not. I hope to see many more 5 stars, these guys are deserving!

Was told I was in perfect standing with them after letting them know they sold me a lemon, the vehicle was burning oil after 6 months, so they recommended me to go buy a new one that they would back me up, but they didn't. Made me look bad to stingray Chevrolet. Wouldn't recommend this company

Well let me just say that my credit sucks...like really bad! I didn't deal with platinum themselves they just financed the car that I wanted to buy. I was surprised that they even offered to give me a loan. So far I haven't had any problems with them. The car I got is a 2007 Nissan maxima. It has some issues,but it's a used car. I was a few days late on a payment once. I forget who I talked to over athe platinum but the asked the day I could pay it, we set it up for that day and I didn't hear anything back from them. The percentage bracket I'm in is a little high but that's what you get when you have shot credit

Got denied at quite a few places because I have bad credit and a repo. Spoke with Lance and got a loan. High intrest but that is my fault for my credit situation. Thanks for helping me get the car I wanted!

Probably the worst experience I've had to date with a finance company. Mangers are rude, refuse to work with you during hardships, won't let you speak with out talking over you, makes you feel as if your worthless even when you're trying to communicate instead of just not paying.
