Review Achieva Credit Union

I started a vacation fund earlier and have discovered there is a $10 per month fee for inactivity. I've lost money while trying to save, how is it ok to charge such a fee to save money? GTE Financial is the way to go.

We switched from Bank of America and love Achieva Credit Union. They are so friendly and helpful and have excellent rates.

Switched to Achieva about 5 years ago and have been very happy with their products and service. Wish they had more locations closer to my home. But otherwise great bank.

The foreign looking lady manager (dark brown/black hair with tan skin) is so immature I don't even want to consider her a lady. I went in to the bank to take out an amount for my first car and gave her all of my info, and yet she somehow thought that "it's still possible" that I could be lying to her. I don't know how someone could possibly be so stupid. So since she was giving me a hard time for no reason, I told her not to worry about it and I'll go to a teller that knows me personally and knows that I am who I am. So when I went to the lady I usually always get, she walked over and told her she's not allowed to serve me! I was like what the heck! I did nothing to you! She just kept harassing me and wouldn't leave me alone. She then had the nerve to tell me that she would give me $20 from the account she thought I was "stealing" from and I was like wait so first you think I'm stealing and then you say you're allowed to give out money to me even though I'm "stealing" it? So if a person comes in and is actually trying to get money from an account that isn't theirs, you're going to hand out $20 just for them trying? You make absolutely no sense and seem extremely uneducated/unsafe to be operating a bank.
