Extremely rude and wouldn't give me anything information about what exactly they were looking for. Talked to two different women and both seemed unfit for their position due to lack of any knowledge or social skills to deliver their reason of calling thus leaving me with feeling this was a prank call coming from a slow child or perhaps a drunk women. After doing a little research I came across the picture of the team and then it all made sense.

Been trying to get a collection with them off my credit report since September 2016. Said they had incorrectly billed to the wrong insurance provider. However, the hospital for my services received two checks from my correct insurance provider, but the emergency physicians incorrectly billed their services?! Provided Gold Key with the correct insurance card and they claim to have resubmitted on 9/23/16. However, on 1/3/17 my insurance has NO RECORD of any claims from them. Gold Key was advised of this and stated they do not refile and can't resend the claim they sent in September! Told me to have my insurance call them directly to discuss the claim my insurance has NO RECORD of?! Also, refused to provide me a copy of their original claim they CLAIMED to have filed or to speak with a supervisor (they can call you back in 24-48 hrs). My insurance and hospital are both showing ALL claims paid for my medical services. Do not pay this company anything! It is a scam! Do credit report dispute on their account for the next 7 yeasts if you have to... But they will not attempt to collect from any one but you. They are just in it for the ca$h.

Went to the hospital 8 years ago for a broken leg while under Medicaid because I was a minor. Medicaid paid this. My father got a notice from them that I owed $800 so I worked at 14 for a family friend and paid it off in a year. A year ago I got another notice saying that I owed $860 more. I reluctantly paid it. Now I'm trying to start building my credit so I checked my credit score on credit karma and I see a collection from them for $2803 opened in February $2016. I have never had a hospital bill close to that amount. The charge is for Phsycians Kang and Associates. Huge scam. I need this off of my credit.

I've had my lawyer call them three times saying that my injuries are still active due to my car accident and by law they had to hold this account. What do they do... put the medical bill on my credit. When I called there the woman had an attitude before I could even say anything. This company has no idea what they are doing. I have a recorded conversation where they didn't even confirm my identity. This company is a shining example of what's wrong with the country now and why chivalry is dead. Curious to hear what my lawyer says about this...

Very rude people, no manners at all. I recently made a monthly payment arrangement with them for an account pending with Physicians Kang & Associates. They told me that as long as I keep making timely monthly payments there shouldn't be any issues. Now, out of nowhere, some lady is calling demanding that the account needs to be paid in full and that the amount I'm paying monthly is too low. She even dared to ask if I received my tax refund just so I could pay them. And she was very hostile throughout the call. I guess some people think that you don't have any other bills (mortgage, utilities, etc.) to take care of month after month. No surprise there are so many bad reviews posted here.
