One of the best branches along with Tony's and Paul's in the Orlando colonial branch, the winter park branch off N Orange is terrible and I will never go to that branch again, they are not very accommodating.

America's Least Convenient Bank I closed my account with TD Bank because they refused me access to my funds when I was in Mexico and needed to pay for am emergency surgery - despite them saying they would then not approving the charge (even though there was enough money in the account). That unfortunately, was just the start. Two days after I closed my account I got an email that an automated bill payment check had been sent, which was odd since I closed the account. I text a picture of the email to Justin Levine, the branch manager asking if everything was closed and why checks were being sent out of a closed account. He responded and confirmed it was closed and there was nothing else i needed to do. Turns out the bill payment department sent out 8 checks AFTER I closed my account. So, I got to deal with reaching out to vendors and suffer the embarrassment of them thinking I passed bad checks. What makes it worse, is one vendor now is requiring me to send a cashiers check, which costs me money and time every month. They agreed to allow me to send personal checks again if TD would provide verification that it was a bank error. Well, despite me closing the account and despite my text to confirm with the branch manager, TD is refusing to write a letter stating it was an error - and somehow wants to say it was my fault for not closing out my bill payments (i guess closing the whole account wasn't enough)??? I have spent weeks trying to get this sorted out and I have had multiple calls with management and keep getting different answers/excuses. They are an incompetent bank with an even more incompetent staff and if you value your time or your money, bank elsewhere...
