I cant say enough about how knowledgeable, helpful and efficient Contemporary Mortgage - Altamonte Springs was with our entire loan process. My fiance and I feel in love with a home that had multiple offers and the sellers were making a decision quick which gave us little time to get our offer together to submit to the selling agent. We called Bill at Contemporary Mortgage around 2:30 pm and told him we needed a pre-approval letter by the of that day, they had our pre-approval letter to us so fast, around 3:00 pm, I couldn't believe it. We also got a fixed rate at 3.75% which was less than any other bank would offer. Most banks we went into were around 4.25%. Our offer was accepted that night. The loan and closing process was so smooth that we closed 5 days early! Even the selling agent and title agent said that they were very impressed with our broker Bill Sholk. Our lender was notoriously hard to please and they had never had a closing happen early with this particular lender. It was all thanks to Bill and Contemporary Mortgage, they made everything so easy. Fantastic Company. They have the lowest interest rates and fees you will find ANYWHERE!! I worked with Howard and was more than impressed. He embraces a teaching culture, explaining anything I did not fully understand with great detail- And I had a lot of questions - so he also has a lot of patience, too! Proof of funds were delivered super quickly, even on the weekends or after normal business hours. If there was a reason there would be a delay in a response (not often), he would let me know when I could expect one. He takes pride in his work and it is very apparent. There is nothing else I could ask for in a broker. I have, and will continue, to trust his company for my real estate needs and will refer him to everyone I know looking for a mortgage.
