I will nw be switching banks. The few time i have been in their office to deal with my account and even though the.phone they.lack customer service. They are very rude and short. Their atm machine took my card and didnt.give it back. Beings how they dont service their.machines i have.to.wait.for a new debit.card. Dont bank here!!!!!!

Worst bank ever don't know what customer service is will never recommend this location to no one. Very rude banker jason. I thought customers came first but I guess not at this location. banking usbank 15 years. Will not recommended no more to business and family. Just might have to change Banks

Ashley Rodriguez, worst banker ever! She coulfn't help me, she was rude, and all she was able to say was to call banking. She didn't give a number to call. Also, she said for me to do it muself onlyne which I had told her from the begginning that I hadn't been able to do it online. She didn't even try! She reached for a card, then she changed her mind and disn't give me anything!

The teller are always nice but every time they "upgrade" the ATM machines they become less convenient. It only takes half my checks and I have to feed cash into the machine two or three times before it takes it all, even when the bills are pristine. As a customer that's been making deposits via ATM two or three times a month for the last 10 years I'm not happy.

Tellers always seem so frustrated with me and my questions. They sarcastically answer my questions and make me feel unwelcome as a customer. I would recommend going to a different location to avoid being treated poorly.
