I'm fairly new to Continental Credit, just joined a few months ago. So far I have been pleased. I recently spoke with representative Charlie to discuss a couple of questions I had. Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he answer my questions but he looked over my file and discussed some other things as well. At the end of the conversation he made sure that he answered my questions and asked if I had any other concerns that we needed to address. So far I have had good interaction and have gained a lot of knowledge myself about dealing with credit. I am very pleased with this company.

Do not use this company. They sit on disputes and don't send them out just to continue to charge you more money. Also it is very difficult to cancel. When you ask them to target something they ignore your requests, and do what they want to do. Depending on who you speak with, the response is always different.

Was great at first. Try to cancel and they bill you for months and months and give you the run around when you try to cancel. Decided to stick it out for another 5 months and haven't gotten a single update. They don't return phone calls either. Also loved the guy that would yell at me on phone and say how stupid I was when he forgot to hit the mute button. Stay away.

I appreciate the work of the employees at Continental. As a result of their efforts my credit is continuing to grow. When setting up my account I was informed that I would receive regular updates. However, I only received updates when I would call or email and generally days after I reached out. While the work Continental does is great the communication promised is not.

Jake is amazing, listened, then talked me through what was going to happen next. In all honesty the whole company is amazing. My credit has improved and it's very noticeable.
