Shame on Wells Fargo!!! NO KEYSTONE PIPELINE!!!!!!!

Went in to make a car payment, and the teller put it on someone else's account, now have the car loan place calling and adding late fees, and having trouble getting money back. I try calling and the phone rings several times and no one answers not even a voice message.

Went to make a car payment. I couldn't make the payment online as I normally do, because it was in excess of the monthly payment. When the lady helped me, she gave a stone cold death stare!! When I told her I was there to make a payment for my car, she just kept staring at me like I was an idiot. I had everything ready i.e: account number, CO DL, username, social security number etc. I asked her if she needed anything to proceed with the payment, and she snatched my ID out of my little pile of things sitting on top of my wallet! She then directed me to swipe my bank card. She put 1/4 of the payment onto my "monthly payments" and the remainder onto the principal. I wish she would have asked what I would have liked to do, instead of making decisions for me. I was already 6 months ahead on my car payments and didn't need anymore "monthly credits." Thank you Wells Fargo for being a superior @$$ in customer service!

Just in line to deposit 2 items.Took 12 minutes though first in line. Young dark haired woman when I asked why it took so long said I just got back, though there were 3 other people back there and another person had started the transaction. No reason to make a customer wait. Looked like they were going through Halloween candy instead of helping customers. No apology and acted like she could care less. Good old Wells Fargo.
