Credit Union of Colorado in Pueblo, CO

They are liers. I had some disputes. They cancelled my old debit card then gave me a new one. They said everything was ok. Then, as soon as a left the bank, the main office cancelled my new debit card and left me a message. I wasn't aware of what they did so I went groceries shopping and it was declined. What an embarrassing moment. They told me they will not give me no plastic because of disputes. Then, I had a 1000.00 dollars line of credit that u can use. My account was -600.00 so I went to the bank and deposit 500.00 and requested 100.00 cash so I could have for gas and feed my kids. At this point, they decided that I was abusing my privilege of line if credit so they cancelled it. So not only I don't have a debit card, they cancelled my line if credit. Despite the fact I told them I was out if town and needed to put gas and feed my kids. They said that wasn't their concerns. They left me in Colorado Springs with no gas. They told me that I made the decision to deposit the money and not to cash it. There was no bed tk call Denver and cancelled my line of credit when that is a service/price ledge they say I can use when I am in need. Bunch if liers and hypocrites.

This Credit Union is by far the best. We are always treated great when we are there.

Absolute liars! No better than any other bank is. Holds on payroll checks with no warning for 7 days! They also make you get a savings account even if you just need checking. Honesty, Integrity, and customer service are dead here.
