OneMain Financial in Pueblo, CO

I tried to notify OneMain about a possible problem with the automatic deduction on 8-9-2016. The money was not pulled out as scheduled and when I looked at the paperwork I noticed the wrong account number for my bank. When I called to let them know some young girl would not listen and argued with me concerning the number. I think it is ironic for a financial institution to argue with me to get their money. Today 8-10-2016 the money still has not been pulled. What does a customer have to do to pay his bill on time without being argued with. Here we are on 8-11-2016 and moneys still have not been pulled. I was told that the account number was right. Had she listened to me and passed the information on to someone who knew what to do we would not be here, no she wanted to argue and now I will probably get hit with a late fee. I will call and hopefully get someone who can help. Called today and finally got a young man who not only listened to the problem but was able to assist in fixing the problem without arguing with me.
