Wells Fargo Bank in Loveland, CO

Overall does what I expect from a bank. Minus one star for never answering the phone (on half a dozen occasions, calls spaced out 30min to 1hr, and cant get someone to pick up for literally days).

Terrible landscaping that causes limited view problems for drivers and is dangerous for pedestrians. Inside, the Staff will act nosy and actually ask where you got the check from and why you need the money! Seriously... whatever happened to privacy and discretion? After banking at Wells Fargo since the 1970's, I am looking forward to only using a local credit union.

Phone just rings and rings. Time to move accounts to a more customer service based institution, even if I have to drive across town. If this institution can't answer a phone, you obviously should not trust it with your money.

What a sad sad sad display. I opened this account with an expired licence, and signed papers saying i wanted NO OVERDRAFT protection, simply put, If i didn't have the money in my account DO NOT PAY IT! So after $290.00 in one weeks worth of overdraft fees, suprise!!! They can't close my account with the same expired license i opened it with. They sent a charge back to my online company, freezing it when i complained of these fees. Telling them i contested their charges as FRAUDULENT!! And after 3 days on the couch sick, along with my 2 year old sick, needing medicine, i went in and told them is just keep my account, i was desperate to get my daughters medicine, she tells me, "we can't make another acception for you"!!!!!!!! They've froze my online business, charged me HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS in overdraft fees and can't make another acception for me??? I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED AFTER BANKING HERE 11 YEARS!!!!!! MAY YOU HAVE A MONTH OF MONDAYS YOU BAND OF IDIOTS!!!
