Despite being a customer since 2000, I am not able to get through to the bank by phone. I wait on hold for unreasonably long periods, until I give up and hang up. The last time I called I was on hold for over 45 minutes before I gave up. This morning I was on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. I've even tried different options from the menu such as "new accounts." To my way of thinking, this lack of service or courtesy for its customers is pure arrogance by BBVA Compass. They truly thumb their nose at their customers.

Horrible customer service. Nobody there to help more than one person at a time so be ready to wait for a long period of time if you walk in expecting to get anything done
