Crappy service CRAPPIER people!! I have never been to a Public Service Credit Union where the tellers are SUCH ASSHOLES!! If you can avoid this location AVOID IT!!

I bank threw another credit union... Went into deposit a check and was refused... I'm pretty upset cause I just got off work overnight and really tired and need to pay a bill before I can go to sleep... The teller had a smirky smile the whole time... I've cashed checks there before and I don't know what her problem was but I will never go there again.

I've banked with PSCU for a couple years and have never had any issues (aside from their frustrating telephone system, lol.) I recently applied for a HELOC and the process couldn't have been smoother! Karla was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions during the process. Thanks, PSCU!

I would and will definitely never do business with this credit union again! If I didn't have a loan through them I would take my business elsewhere. I tried to call in and no one that answers knows anything. Then they transfer you and you sit on hold forever before anyone comes on that still can't answer your questions. I went into the Greeley branch and dealt with Stefany who was absolutely rude to me. I then had to leave and come back and even then she was still rude during our entire transaction. I got her to finally print me some payment vouchers so I never have to step foot In that branch or any for that matter again. I will do everything by mail so I won't be treated disrespectfully. I will make sure to tell everyone that I know not to do business here.

I wish they knew how extremely frustrating their telephone system is. every time I look up the local Greeley branch and attempt to call them, I am redirected to the corporate call center and usually spend 20 minutes on hold for them to transfer me to the branch I was trying to get in contact with in the first place. I have been a member since march of 2016 and to be honest, if it weren't for the interest rates on my loans, I would not be a member due to the lack of customer service. good rates, poor service.
