Bank of the West in Greeley, CO

The people in this branch do not take the time to actually look into any issues you have on your account, the just tell you bs and then forget to fax important paperwork. thanks to this some one made away with 500 dollars out of my account when it could have been resolved. i recommend calling the 800 number before going into this branch.

This bank is crazy with fee's, they will charge you a $36 fee for anything they can get there bear paws on. If you put money in this bank please know they with find a way to keep you at $0. I went in after paying $452 in fee's in less then a month, to find they had a way to charge me another $72 and tell me the money I put in to make sure I could close the next day was taken for MORE FEE'S.... REALLY! I'm going to go in to talk to a Mgr. But after reading other reviews I don't think they are going to do much for me a customer that pays them $500 a month. Just as I thought managment did nothing... They are for sure the worst bank ever! If you need a bank account go to Acadamy Bank inside of Wal-Marts. They don't charge you unless they pay for the item. I have used them for 5 years now and have tried adding others with nothing but a waste of money in the end.

They're an OK bank, I guess. Though, after they closed 2 of their 3 locations I've been worried about the bank going under entirely and losing my money. They charge me $8 if I don't put over $250 in there mothly, $36 bounce check fees and $5 every day after that if you're negative.

Went to deposit check from my grandma. CHONG CHONG CHING didn't believe that the writing on the check was hers, offered her to call my grandma she got really snappy and rude called her still didn't believe me and said she sounded like a man was able to provide check number and proved her wrong. Good job lady. This bank is the WORST. I'll be driving to loveland from now on.

The fees never stop with this bank. Greed at it's finest, they can't be happy with earning interest off your money. They just want to build a larger revenue stream from their loyal customers, to pay for commercials to attract more suckers. I will be finding a different bank, and STRONGLY recommend that no one banks here.
