Wells Fargo Bank in Fort Collins, CO

I just got a new car loan and they got my social wrong so I need to go into the bank and make a payment but nobody will answer the damn phone to let me know how to pay it. 0 stars until I get some reason to believe this business exists other than to take your hard earned $$$. Getting tired of companies that won't help their customers and who make serious mistakes without taking responsibility for it. Just called the college location and had to ask the rep 4 times HOW to make payment? I get that you can find my account, I just told you that you could, but you didn't listen to my question - can you charge my card? Do I need to bring a money order? In any case, keeping 1 star until I see what service I get when I go in later today.

Had some issues with a wire transfer at another Wells Fargo location. I got tired of that store's customer service so I came to this location. Immediately as I walked in, I was greeted by Cole Langford. After having expressed my frustrations with my wire transfer issues at the other location, Cole walked me through the process in a clear and concise manner. Not only did the wire go through successfully, but I felt more educated about the process. I highly recommend visiting this location with any banking need you have and speaking with Cole.

For some reason, after 25 years as a customer, Wells Fargo Staff like to ask inappropriate questions, i.e. "What's the money for?" no kidding!
