My dad died in march of2015.He had a 2003 dodge ram with warren federal credit union.I called to ask what to do and was given a unclear answer.I heard nothing for a year and just kept making payments.In June of this year i went to warren in fort collins and received a buy out number and said i would be back the next day. I left and was gone from bank for 5 minutes when i received and call from a tow truck driver who wanted to come pick up the truck. I turned around went back to bank and cleared things up.THE next day i payed atound 6700.00 cash and was told i would receive title in 3 weeks.THAT WAS THE END OF JUNE.Christy at the ft collins branch told me 2 weeks ago it was in the mail.Last week SHE SAID THEY MAILED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.BUT THEY WOULD SEND NEW TITLE TO CORRECT ADDRESS.THEY SAID IT WAS MAILED THRUSDAY AUG 25TH.TODAY IS TUESDAY AUG.AUG 30TH.I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD .AGAIN THEY WILL ALLEDGELY CALL ME TOMORROW.

I financed a vehicle over 6 weeks ago through Blu. The DMV STILL doesn't have the paperwork for me to be able to register it. The pre-recorded message you get when you contact the help line for titling and registration of your vehicle says it should take 4 to 6 weeks, and it has been nearly 7. That is unacceptable. During the actual financing process, the loan officer who was supposed to send my information to an office in Broomfield didn't and we ended up having to basically do her job for her because she was dragging behind (the people at Blu's Broomfield office are very courteous and helpful, however). The phone support system is horrendous and it's very difficult to even talk to a real person. I can't wait to get this loan paid off because even amidst all of the Wells Fargo scandals, I had a better experience financing through them. Definitely not coming back to Blu.

And still the worst ! This is my 3rd review.... And is is getting not better.... but now they are treating my family terrible. Both my son's are looking for another Credit Union. But here are some new Examples that have happened in the last 2 days. Phone system, is way too long, it takes so long on hold to get to someone, I was on hold with my son both of us were on hold to see who could get to a representative. I was hung up on 4 times, and had to start over. He finally got through. Your auto answer system is lengthy, it needs to be revamped, the auto call back does not call you back, I've never received a call back. My son is in Afghanistan, his accountant was locked out, he can not use his credit card, he has been on hold, it cost him 300.00 dollars, to be on hold, he can not use his account, at the local military PX (Store).... and this was set up before he left for the war. My other son, just did an Auto Loan, a couple days ago, we had set the appointment up with Nora, and had many emails a couple of days before the appointment, the day we were supposed to show, I called her 6 times, hours before the appointment starting from 9 Am to 1 hour before the appointment, with also 2 emails.... Never got a call back, always voice mail.... Never! The Loan Officer Never showed up for the 430 Pm appointment.... Lindsay Stahl, had to help us from start to finish, and did not even know we were coming.... she had no record of our transaction with Nora.... My son just paid off a prior perfect auto loan with the Credit Union, Blue Federal Credit Union.... and need another one, with a secured Title... is this the way to treat my Family that I brought to your credit union... I brought my son's to this Credit Union.... I've been a member for over 2 decades.... How would you feel, about the merger, and all I'm told is.... This is growing pains.... This is not growing pains, this is a disgrace.... Before it was just me getting the worst service.... Now it's my family....

Customer Service leaves alot to be desired. You'll find better service at other credit unions.

I'm amazed at some of the negative reviews. We shopped around a lot for a local credit union (moving from one of the big banks) and these guys were awesome. So far, couldn't be happier.
