I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for a long time. I stopped in to this place last week to see if they knew of something or could point me in the right direction. Well, Jake was the guy to talk to. He knew everything about the truck I was looking for! It was really nice to finally talk to someone who knew about cars and trucks instead of just selling them for the money. Not only did he know about the cars, but when it came time for some more intricate banking questions Jake knew the answers there too. And more importantly, he was right about it all. If I need another vehicle and happen to be in the area again, I am definitely going to look here. This place was great.

I was looking for a simple daily driver vehicle. When I went onto the lot I found two vehicles that would potential he match me. I started out looking at the more expensive one and after talking with Jake he recommended the cheaper one for my particular needs. He was completely honest and very friendly to work with. I decided to buy the cheaper car as recommended and the purchasing experience was one of the best that I have ever had! I have purchased eight cars in the last 15 years and have never had a better experience! Do yourself a favor and stop by approved auto sales! You won't regret it!

We bought a ford explorer from Jake almost two years ago. We were in a bind and needed a reliable car for our family. Jake went out of his way and really helped us, we still have the the explorer and is our most trustworthy vehicle. Thanks

Absolutely horrid experience. We originally went here because of the good reviews and other consumers should know what they are getting themselves into. First off, the owner/salesman tried to appear honest by giving us some "advice" about Diesel engines. Which was only to make himself look better. When my boyfriend examined the truck, he found a blown head gasket, a leak in the radiator system, and a problem with the transfer case. When we decided against purchasing the vehicle because of these issues, and tried nicely to explain them, the owner basically threw a temper tantrum, including cursing and dramatically throwing his hands up, and stormed off to his office, saying we wouldn't want it anyway because it's junk. I wish that was the end. The owner then called out loan officer and cursed him out, saying he was refusing to sell us the truck. What he was trying to achieve, I'm not exactly sure, except that we called him out on trying to sell a junky truck and that apparently was a blow to his ego he couldn't handle. Completely unprofessional, a horrible way to conduct business, and just an awful person to boot. Do not waste your time or money here.

We have a large family and found ourselves needing a larger vehicle sooner than later. Our previous SUV had gone out on us and we needed something fast. We found a great Suburban here and our experience was fantastic!!! The manager is a great straight forward person. I would recommend this place for anyone and refer everyone I know looking for something to stop in!
