Chase Bank in Fort Collins, CO

We have been using this bank for years my father and I. I have never left this bank with a frown on my face. By far the best bank ever!

Do not bank here!! They are a joke, the customer service is terrible. They will charge your account all these hidden fees. If you let your account go negative they will just send you to collections without even a notification or anything that they are sending you to collections. I called to get my account caught back up and come to find out they had closed my account and sent me to collections. Any other bank I have used they send you a notice that they are getting ready to send you to collections, but not chase they just do it. Not to mention I ordered checks and it took a month and a half to get them because the guy I first talked to forgot to order them. Just nothing but problems with this bank and it is such a headache it is ridiculous!! I will never use chase again.

This Chase bank has time and time again won my respect and appreciation and helped me with things they didn't mean to. I had a car accident a couple years ago in this lot, and people in the bank noticed, and didn't run out, but simply asked if I was okay once I walked inside. They've reversed charges for cash advances that other companies didn't tell me about. They offer electronic check deposit, microchip debit cards, and automatic bill pay. This branch %100 has the perfect combination of everything I could have asked for in a bank and more without piling on tons of fees. Chase bank is in it's own category entirely, and is 1000 paces ahead of the curb.

Ken and Julie, change the big bank attitude. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful, he is super friendly and explains everything . if there is ever a mix up or problem he takes care of it and goes beyond the typical big bank expectations. Julie is helpful and professional. She always greets you with a smile and values your time.

I'm not one for big banks, but Chase has done an excellent job of serving our business needs along with making the transition of some of our accounts easy as possible. They have the best credit cards too..... Something I never knew about till looking at opening up an account for easier international and national business needs. Adam is great, along with Jason. Both gentlemen will be able to get you on your way.
