One thing I can say about Hans is that he treats me like a PERSON. He kept us up to date at all times as to what was going on with our loan. He really treats us like family. I would recommend Hans to anyone that wants a comfortable, honest, open transaction. Lets face it, there are a lot of folks to goto when considering a re-fi. OK- Third attempt. Hans is AMAZING! HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and knows his stuff! He has done several loans for us and everytime, he goes above and beyond the call for duty! His knowledge and experience in this field of mortgage brokering is extensive. He is real and you know that when you enter his office. I DO recommend him to people I know looking for loans, and if they don't go to him- well, their loss!

Hans is such a pleasure to work with. He was instrumental in helping me to get a wonderful rehab loan for a foreclosure house I purchased. His expert knowledge, honesty and humor all contributed to an excellent home buying experience. I especially appreciated his straight forward approach and genuine concern for my interest. Flaky, flaky, flaky. He mismanaged our financial documents, misplaced copies of other IMPORTANT information, and will not respond to e-mails in a timely manner. We got so frustrated with Hans that we left (with a bad taste in our mouth as well), and went elsewhere. I'm not sure if this is how First Priority functions as a whole, or if the fast and loose way of running this branch is due to Hans. Either way, it definitely didn't work for us. Maybe he would have been more "motivated" to stay on top of things, if we were able to get a larger loan...just sayin'!
