The Branch Manager (Josh) needs to be replaced. After wasting 5 minutes of ny times trying to figure out how you reset pins I let him know I had to leave because my wife and baby were waiting in the car. I let him know this and instead he just mumbled under his breath like a loser as I left. He is a real Winner!

I have been going here about 4 years, transfrering from local credit unions. This is the friendliest, bend over backwards customer service I have ever had in a bank. I am always welcomed by the staff with warm smiles and personal greetings, from the heart. When I call, they recognize my voice and take care of my problems. A get immediate calls back, waved fees when I ask, and the feeling that I am in a small town being served by friends. Wells Fargo has screwed up on the national scene with their bogus accounts issue, but no one messed with my accounts here, and I find that those I have worked with on my multiple business and personal accounts treat me like a VIP...AND MY ACCOUNTS ARNT VERY BIG! :)
