This bank is horrible. A lot of issues. 1. If you cash a check they won't let you immediately deposit that money in cash form. I had to go to another branch to make the deposit. 2. The branches seem to carry little money which is odd for a bank. I tried withdrawing about 10 grand from a branch and they first asked me did I call prior to coming to see if they even have the money for the withdrawal. They then told me no they can't give it to me. I had to withdraw half there and half at another branch. 3. There's almost no Union bank ATMs anywhere. Unlike chase that has AMT's virtually everywhere you go, if you have Union bank be prepared to just have cash on you or get cash back from a supermarket, because otherwise your going to get ATM fees for withdrawing money at non Union bank ATM's. 4. The branch itself lacks regular drive through ATM and instead they have a teller who gives you your money through a drive through. It's a much slower process compared to having your normal 2 ATM drive through. 5. Someone was able to withdrawal $1000 out of my bank account via ATM withdraw at an actual Union bank branch!! And they did this would a duplicate ATM card of mine. I never lost my card. First of all, there should be a limit as to how much can be withdrawn at once, no more than $500! Second, with all the fraud issues I had in the past with Bank of America, I never once experienced someone withdrawing a grand of my money out of an ATM machine without my actual debit card. My advice to anyone reading this: avoid this bank. I went to chase and couldn't be happier.
