I am impressed. AVCU bent over backwards to work with me during the recession. I could have lost my home, but Benjamin and Lystra (hope that's the correct spelling) really exercised great patience while I was scrambling to cope with a 15 percent pay cut. I feel their wisdom and experience caring for customers like me during a temporary economic downturn has "paid off in dividends" ie: AVCU employees and their supervisors were FLEXIBLE. A very rare attribute in the banking industry today and I am thankful for their commitment to their customers. In my experience, other financial institutions would have taken my home and sent me up the river.

I haven't had an account at a bank in 20 years because I had no trust in them.... alta vista has completely changed my mind. The customer service is excellent, the environment at the second you walk in is friendly and welcome. Thank you for all of the effort y'all make.
