I will not recommend to any US fellow negotiate or do any type of loan transaction through this company for the unprofessional and unethical behaviors of some of their agents, specifically Victor Navarro and Katy Santoyo. I spent several hundredth of dollars on Appraisal, deal for 3 months and complied with all requirements to get nothing done. We were trying to get an Equity loan of $60,000 (cash out option) of a house worth between $210,000 and $250, 000 (both side neighbors with smaller house and less upgrading sold at $235,000 and 249,000 respectively). Stonegate Direct appraisal (through a third company) was $204,000 (based in 1.5 miles away neighboring residential area) anyway our outstanding mortgage debt is $103,000 but we was not capable to accomplish nothing. Even worst Victor Navarro (Agent) 4 or 6 weeks later requested to my wife a supervisor later staying $2,000 more in basic salary (Not in overtime). To make story short, letter was sent later to Company HR to release an investigation process. My wife lost her job and we lost all investment.
