I had banked with OCCU for almost 20 years. During that time they grew & grew... and became a bureaucratic nightmare. Finally, sadly, I "fired" them the day they turned me down for a small loan due to bad credit scores... after 19 years and 5 auto & personal loans successfully paid off. To be clear: a temporary credit issue trumped 19 years of relationship. Why do they even need people? They could replace everyone with a computer! Do yourself a favor: find a smaller CU that has a personal touch & tries harder.

Average for a credit union. Convenient enough, and free ATM's, but they have grown and seem to have lost focus on the customer.

The staff is super rude no one will even acknowledge you when you come in they just sit there every time looking down at there desk. This place is terrible
