Wells Fargo Bank in Citrus Heights, CA

Had several issues with this bank. Yes they fixed them, but it took several weeks for my account to get back to normal. Would not reccomend this branch.

I initially started out with Opportunity Checking Account and was told that after a year - my good banking history would convert it to a regular one. Unfortunately - Their computers said that I only still qualified for the opportunity account. I never overdrafted my account, never had any negative checks deposited into my account. It took posting on their Facebook page to reach out to a manager , and said they would reach out to some district manager. Sorry but I'm tired of the waiting game. I opened up a bank account at a Credit Union where there are no fees , or minimum usage requirements and will immediately close my Wells Fargo Account next Friday. The employees and tellers there are friendly however - but I guess its really a corporate decision to determine if your really worthy of a regular bank account or not. Thank goodness for credit unions and family connections.

Friendly staff and the line is usually short.

I occurred many charges from my own bank.

Representatives can be pushy with products. Often there are homeless people lurking about. Homeless man talking to himself was digging through the trash as I made an ATM transaction. Not comfortable at all. Worth it to drive further for a safer environment.
