why you asian banker smiles to Latino, white, black, but not your asian people. Asian banker does not like asian customer? please show your respect to your customer. I went there to pay my credit card by my working pay check. The banker said. No! and I told banker to check my payment history, I always do this at rosemead branch. The answer still is NO! I went this branch 4 times to do same thing. only one time succsed deposited my paycheck to my credit card. I guess it based on the manager in the back. this branch SUCKS!!!!! you asian bankers, disgusting !!!

I've in several wells Fargo banks to do a credit card payment, but this place in specific I like the environment there every one happy, the costumer service always in a good mood greeting all costumer, they make me feel welcome!

This branch takes incompetence to new heights. My banker and teller both made a $10,000 error when depositing a check. 2 different people made a mistake that could have costed me $10,000! Checks have the amount written on it twice and both workers failed to pay attention to any of this information. If it had been a mistake for $10,000 being given to me by accident, I'm sure both employees would have been fired but since it wasnt, I did not even receive an apology. Take your money elsewhere. Attention to detail is EVERYTHING when it comes to your money.
