This branch is extremely inconvenient if you need to go in to the office to get anything done because its hours are short and not open on weekends

I had multiple accounts here, respectable amount of money in each of the accounts and out of no where, they provided me with a letter and a date that they will be closing the account. This is their way of thanking you for 3 years being a customer. Moreover, once the account has been closed, they do not allow you to access their online banking system, where you're screwed if you didn't save the mail that they sent you for accounting records. 1. horrible online banking system 2. receipts are so generic for any teller transactions that they have to write notes in it for you. 3. I've been here where their ATMs were out of service for quite some time 4. They charged me $5 for each statement to be printed. Over at Chase Bank, FREE, "how many copies do you need?" they asked.
