OneAZ Credit Union in Prescott, AZ

I have never been satisfied with Arizona State Credit Union. I opened an account in 2005 and since have switched to Chase and would rather pay Chase then ever have an account with ASCU again. They are very slow with simple bank processes. Checks that I would write would usually show up on my account around a month later. The online services are usually 5 steps behind other banks and have a paltry comparison. My experience with the employees is that they are usually mediocre at best. The drive through is a joke at every branch I have been to and usually doing any banking requires a significant investment of time and patience. Having your money in this bank is like hiring a 100 year old man to drive you to the airport in a golf cart. Sure you might eventually get there but its not worth the trouble and the hassel. If you are someone who does ever need to do any type of banking on the weekend, or a little later in the afternoon, doesn't want to have balances etc. at your fingertips at all times, and appreciates banking being inconvenient and time consuming, and who also enjoys your banks entire(!) system breaking down and not being able to access your money except by checkbook (which also happened) then I would reccommend the Arizona State Credit Union. For the other people who enjoy convenience and friendly personnel assisting you when it is convenient for you, I would recommend ANY OTHER BANK.

Very clever with the bait and switch. Over promised & UNDER delivered. They tell you a price for a refinance, make you open an account with direct deposit then tell you they can't honor their quoted pricing. Go to credit union west where they don't play hide and seek with your hard earned cash.

This location is awesome. Great and very helpful staff.

I am very happy with Arizona State Credit Union. The staff there is very professional and they are all charming to deal with. The interest/dividends are so low, it's shameful but the facilities are very nice.

So much quicker than PV location!!
