Since the acquisition of Yavapai credit union by Credit Union West the fees have only gone up. Go to Arizona State Credit Union if you don't want to get ripped off.

Went into the bank to setup a bank act and savings the manger was very nice and was very willing to help me. The only problem that I have is you can put money in the ATM that's a big thing for me. Other then that everything is going good.

Best rates on loans hands down. I have tried just about every financial institution in town and have been extremely happy with this bank. Their staff is great and the manager truly cares! They have never charged me fees for anything, ever. They also have real people making lending decisions and not some automated computer crap like the big banks. Yes they are smaller with less locations than others but I prefer personable banking over tons of locations.
