Clerk at this location instead of working to get my check cashed decided to treat me like a criminal the entire time. From the time i went into the store he did nothing but look over the check again and again. When i asked what he could possibly need to verify the checks authenticity, he would not respond and just kept making outragous accusations. I asked him to call a supervisor and he refused. I told him if he belived i was commiting a crime to call the police. again he said no but just decided to sit and stare at the check as opposed to providing me with any solutions. I offered my finger prints, social security card, birth certificate, anything possible to reassure him i was not trying to commit forgery. When i had enough after literally 45 minutes of him doing little but stare at my check, i told him to give it back and leave. At this time i was very angry and to this instead of trying to defuse the situation he responded that i was lucky he was working or he would beat my a**. This is not behavior acceptable of any employee anywhere and i hope the managment will look into this matter and review video tape survailance to see exactly how NOT to treat a customer. DO NOT USE THIS LOPCATION!!!!!!!!111

Not the least bit customer service focused... Won't even give a days extension on a loan. Go to Title max or Presto... they treat you with respect.

My experience there was HORRIBLE!!!! I had lost my pls card and I went to get a new one on Thursday and they told me my money would be available to me in 24 to 48 hours it is not tuesday and no body knows anything!!!! I called and instead of helping me they hung up on me... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
