Bridgecrest in Mesa, AZ

Bodyshop trying to get a check signed for completed work, did what they asked, no check. Called them, they want MORE info now, sent that in with a promise to overnight a check. 5 days later....NO check. Good luck repair facilities trying to get an endorsed check.!!

Great customer service especially the young lady that attended me ARACELI GUEVARA. What a great attitude and very caring to the customers needs. I wish there were more people working in the company. I guess one came across one bad apple in the bunch when i called earlier. She goes by the name of HAILEY DEN she was really nasty very harsh no sympathy and very abrupt; cold hearted. But the young lady whose name is Araceli Guevara, keep up the good work!!!!!!

Over a year ago we went a month without getting paid. They promised us a defferment on our loan. Then they said no two weeks latter. We still have not recovered from the financial strain we had. They will notdo anything for us. No ethics customer service. I highly do not recommend this company.

Most individuals usually have unpleasant encounters when dealing with companies in regards to financial obligations, but I just say that the representative Kara & her supervisor Ricardo made today's experience the most pleasant one I've had with Bridgecrest to date. They are truly invested in their customers' well being & really take the time to work with you. Though I am not a primary account holder with Bridgecrest, I appreciate all of their patience & due diligence in making sure they provide the best customer service. With representatives like Kara & Ricardo, Bridgecrest will continue to flourish.
