Go Financial is horrible customer service is terrible! WORST PLACE EVERY, very rude! My name is ******** and I have an auto loan that is in my mother name *********** from Go Financial, I recently lost my job and was unable to make my payments, Go Financial repossess my vehicle, after getting the payment together to make my payments I was behind watch was 1,003.00 Ashley the customer service rep voided my payment out on accident she claim that delayed me from getting my vehicle once I made the payment, now this was around Christmas time so it was extremely hard trying to get around with my four year old on a bus and also catching cabs because of a mistake Go Financial made, once I did receive my funds back finally from Go Financial I was down on my luck because the money I had saved up I had to use catching rides and being on the bus to make it back and forth, when I finally start working and getting my finances back in order I called Go Financial to see how much it would be to get back into my car, while my car was still at the repossession lot and have been a few weeks so they racked up a whole lot more charges stating I owed then 1875.00 (875.00) in charges!! I had paid the money because I had no choice, once I got back In my car I had it for less then 1 month and Go Financial had put it up for repossession again because I was 5 days late and they stated that had a 0 grace period watch was never told to me, now today I just paid 344.00 to hold my car so I can get it back and other one of Go Financial customer service rep by the name of Stephen assured me that my car would be there on hold because I made the payment! a few hours later a got a phone call from Go Financial stating that my car had been picked up to go to the auction after i made the payment! I am so tired of dealing with Go Financial its ridiculous , they customer service reps are RUDE!!! and they are also hard to work! GO Financial needs to close down, there is no way they should be able to talk to people the way they do and play with people money the way they do!!!

Worst company EVER. They're going out of business so they've been treating their customers POORLY! I've made every car payment on time, and I've never been late. I've had so many issues with this car and I've only had it for a year! I had to buy a new alternator last month, and a battery the month before that. Last night on my way to work my transmission went out. I called and asked them to refinance my loan since I only owe 4,000 dollars. These ppl told me sorry we can't do that, but you expect me to pay a car note for a car that I cannot use? Not to mention the fact that I'm a loyal customer and I ALWAYS pay on time! This company is horrible, their employees are rude, and they don't care about their customers. I truly REGRET, accepting a loan from them.

Mike was fantastic! I've been to so many dealerships because of how upside down I was on my car. But he sat me down and got me approved for less than half the price anywhere else did.

Y'all this is a bad credit lender. You are high risk. They are going to be assholes. What did you expect? The best thing you can do is pay cash or wait until your credit is better to finance. If you end up at one of these companies make your payments on time for a year or 2 and refinance with a better lender. Simple economics. Don't blame this company for calling you. YOU HAVE BAD/SUBPAR CREDIT. You have a reputation that precedes you and they're going to be more annoying than a major lender.

I am so sorry to see so many negative reviews. From my expierience, this has been a great company to be financed through. My customer service has always been pleasant. They're not pushy, they don't harass me if I'm a day late for a payment, and they're always willing to work with me on my account of need be. I will definitely choose them for my future vehicle finance needs. I gave 4 stars, because the only draw back to dealing with this company is occasionally the online payment system is off. But that's few and far between. I have not always been the best customer to have, and I am grateful that they don't hold any late payment status, or otherwise derogatory remarks over me when I do call to speak to someone. Its a total no pressure feeling. And I for one appreciate that.I hope my review helps others.
