When I walked in the shop I was greeted Right away they were more then happy to answer all of my questions they treated me very well and I am definitely coming back

Horrible horrible horrible. Was given a quote for something being sold. Quote was given to me by the owner Alfonso. Took my product in to sell just to have a sales associate named Karen be rude and tell me the owner is wrong. Quoted me something way less and said Alfonso doesn't know what he's doing. Alfonso is the owner. Left store talked to Alfonso again said to go back and will buy my product at price discussed. Went back to shop for second time just to have Karen be rude and tell me the same things again. That point called owner and Karen still refused to talk to him and continued to be rude. Never go here or do business here. Especially with Karen. Horrible horrible

Don't waste your time. This place is a joke regarding customer service and communication. Plan on being given the run around, being spoken to like you are a scam artist or a complete idiot by the "manager", Karen, and if you have to be somewhere in the next 2 hours, forget it...your time is not important and it will be made very clear to you. I've never dealt with a ruder sales associate and I'm not even sure how she still has a job to be honest. Alfonso the owner was nice, but dude you need to get a grip on your employees. Horrible way to do business, just saying.
