Watch out for this company they are in a ton of dealerships as a second Chance finance, that will do a spot delivery on you and come back any where from two weeks to a month later to tell you you need more money down or they need to put you in a different car, they will sell a car that's not sage for the road and breaks down two weeks and one day after you've drove it off the lot.... If you want a nightmare for a car buying experience and to deal with people who only care about their paycheck this is the one

Like all the other reviews, I bought a car as I was only approved for two cars apparently. Within 3 months my 2009 car started having troubles. My car wont even turn on after putting gas in it. I then called mr.ed seeing if i can get in another car and they literally admitted over the phone that they can't have a trade up program as everyone is underwater by $5000. They admit to ripping people off. They get away with it cause they sell cars as is and now im stuck with this car till i can trade it in elsewhere and pay the difference.

Just a week ago i came here and wrote a great review for these people. i have to remove it and rewrite an accurate one after a horrible turn of events. i purchased a 2012 fusion here at the end of march, just 4 months ago. When i bought the car, the sales person told us that everything have been gone thru and specifically discussed the motor and transmission, since he said the car was outside of the warranty period and he said that everything had been serviced. Last week my sister and i took our kids on a trip to California for vacation as i finally had a newer car that should have been good. on our way back into town the car started shifting crazy and was driving so bad i was terrified we would not make it back, and were in the middle of nowhere in the desert with 2 kids. We checked the transmission fluid to see if maybe it was low, and it was totally black, not any pink tint to it at all. thankfully we did make it, on the way into the valley i called the dealership and told them what was going on and that the light for the transmission had come on on the dash and they told me to bring it in. so after a week long road trip, completely exhausted we went straight there. when we arrived, we were told that there was no one who worked on transmissions onsite until Monday, 3 days later. then were told that they wouldn't even look at the car without a $125 fee to diagnose it. I could not be more disappointed with this dealership. They couldn't care less about what has happened, even though they could absolutely help out a customer that only purchased the car a few months ago, but basically told me good luck. and wont even let me talk to a manager. This should be illegal. Having grown up in chandler, i have always heard of Earnhardt ford, and Mr. Ed, the place you can trust. i trusted in the Earnhardt name, what a HUGE mistake! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! i HAVE TO CHOSE AT LEAST ONE STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW, BUT THEY DESERVE NONE.

I financed a car through them at their Rodeo Ford location, my car salesman was great. However, his boss Matt Wonder is a misogynistic bigot who falsified my loan documents to sabotage my application with my finance company. I submitted all the paperwork they asked for, but it was never enough. There was always something more they needed. I had at least 7 different people calling and telling me that the bank now needed this and the bank now needs that. I could never get a clear answer as to what exactly I needed to give them. Come to find out the manager Matt Wonder was intentionally trying to sabotage my loan because he had promised the car to someone else (of course I knew nothing of it). I had to record the conversations with him because he talked to me like I was less than human, and as if I were a cockroach on the street, I recorded him calling me a thief and him falsely reporting my car to loss management if I didn't bring my car back. He refused to tell me who my lien holder was, and he told his employees not to speak to me when I tried to find out what documents they needed (again all of this is recorded). I had to go through my car insurance company to find out who my lien holder was so I could just work everything out with them on my own. Come to find out this Matt Wonder guy had first lied to them about my monthly income and then lied to them about my employment (saying I was a short-term employee). Save yourself the hassle, the harassment, and the discrimination and avoid Mr. Ed especially if you have to deal with Matt Wonder. My salesman was Tony and he was awesome though.

This has to be the worst dealership and company ever. I go to mr ed in chandler and they first try to sell me two car both were sorry cars a camry and a tucson for 20000. I let them know i wanted something 10000 to 15000. I saw a bmw they didnt want me to take that it was 13000. They wanted to sell me what tbey wanted to get off their lot. I had to look at every site and find my car myself the sales people are no help. I found a car in Scottsdale at there mazda dealer. I decide to get it sign the paperwork and give them all the documents i had. Now my checks were going to a prepaid card they said thats no problem come to find out that on the statements for the card it dosent have my name and address on it. The xompany the card is through dosent do it that way i explain this to them they dont care. They sold the car to me the batter died tge next day i got the car it was dead when i went to test drive it i had to buy a battery, i drove from chandler to gilber to scottsdale cause they messed up on the paper work with the address which i told the salae man in Scottsdale he said its ok it dosent matter. No one ever said sorry for all the issues reimbursed my gas or anything never buy a car from her. I have delt with Eric ,James, there finance depart in gilbert, none of them work together or communicate. Worse experience ever. If i knew what i knew now i would have just caught a uber or lyft.
