This place is trash! We got a loan about 1 year 1/2 ago after we paid it we waited for the title never showed up went to the MVD to get a duplicate one and they informed us It still had a lien hold against it by these people we go in to the office and they say oh yeah we don't know what happened were going to have this issue fixed next day we go and the girls working there said it was fixed and well get the title in less then 2 weeks we left it at that 6 months later today we need the title to sell it (we thought we had it we had forgot about it) we come to get a duplicate and what do you FUCKEN know it still has a lien hold on it so we haven't been able to sell it because of an unorganized place like this!!! Where our title?
