called them and told them the amount of gold I had and they said they would give me a loan at 8% and "NO TICKET FEE" drove 20 miles and it ended up being 10% and a $5 ticket fee...now I go to AZ jewelry and loan...8% and a $5 ticket fee, just like they said on the phone, not really worth the extra 10 mile drive but I would prefer to deal with honest people.
