The phone service has NOT been improved; just the opposite. I just tried to call to find out if WyHy was open today (1/2/16) and the computer just kept looping around and telling me that my selection was not valid. Is there any such thing as customer service anymore? Is it possible to either have a recording that tells me if you are open today, or an English-speaking person available to do the same? Is that too much to ask? Apparently, it is.

Terrible luck with personal bankers, and he credit card member services phone number. It is absurd that we cannot get credit card statements on the internet. Last year we changed to online statements and have never seen them. I cannot get the statements online and I ordered them three weeks ago and no one has been able to tell me where they are. When I go into the bank they're unable to help, and their response is "maybe you should keep better records". (Hey thanks for the great "financial advice") Very disappointed and I will be pulling All services from this bank. Hopefully someone can eventually help me get my statements.
