WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!! wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They seem to do as little as possible, after misapplied payments, forcing insurance on an already insured they did not notify me that they did this so naturally I did not make payments to them for forced insurance so they repossed my vehicle in order to get my car back they made me pay that, then after an accident that totaled the car which my gap insurance paid for they took almost a full year to actually total it without my knowledge of this again I was not makeing payments on my gap insurance covered totaled car! However they counted 10 months of missed payments to my credit and when I ask them to verify why I owe them money they talk in circles they also sent a full break down of my entire loan to my wife who is not authorized on the account nor did I give them permission to speak with her regarding the account , I now understand why my coworker refinanced with a different company and took a higher payment in order not to do business with them any more .this is now makeing it nearly impossible to get my home loan approved ...save yourself the hassle don't let this business ruin your creddit and future opportunities!

My husband and i got a personal loan to pay off some debt and we were told that the money would be unavailable unless we went in and told them what bill we needed to pay and the wrote us a check to pay it. Then i told them its our money the superviser argued with me and said its the banks money. Once our loans are paid we will be whiching banks.

I loved this credit union from day one. 8 years now. They had the best staff and the best deals on accounts. Even when I moved to California I kept them and it was great. However since the merger it has been nothing but a disaster. My card works, some times at POS but all my online payments are being rejected. Blue says "they" have rejected payment. The online company's (4 so far) say no your bank refused the payment. I have also been trying for more than 2 weeks to get a new card, as mine is expiring, with no luck so far. Whomever you have in charge of the merger should be relieved... NOW! How do you go into a merger and have so much go wrong so quickly? Did you not hire the right people to make sure that your computers were able to make this transition painless for your customers? I have been on the phone trying to get late charges dropped for 2 weeks now and all I get is a "I'm sorry, thanks for being a member for so long."

We have been with Blue for many years while it was Warren Federal and have always been happy with the service and rates. Just opened a Business Account with them and it was smooth and good service all around.

In the process of switching banks after being with Warren Federal for over 15 years. Since the conversion to Blue everything has gone downhill and the modern conveniences one would expect from a bank/credit union no longer exist. Seems every time I turn around there is some sort of issue that is almost entirely Blue's fault every single time. Processing automatic deposits? There's gonna be an issue. Making a deposit at the branch ATM? They will hold your money for three days but overcharge you without a single issue. I now get to call the branch tomorrow to argue overdraft fees since I'm getting hit with those while there is still actually funds in my account. Apparently Blue's inability to properly process transactions is supposed to cost me $30 extra per usage of my card because I've got stuff pending from three days ago still. Save yourself the time, trouble, and headache of dealing with Blue and take your money literally anywhere else but Bank of America. Not sure what happened after the merger but everything about Warren that I enjoyed is gone and has been replaced by a deep dislike for Blue. Loved discovering that all these issues I was having with my account and getting money to go into it was because Blue added numbers to my bank account, never told me, but kept my old bank account number active but wouldn't allow transactions through it... Took over a month to sort that one out. My entire family has moved away from Blue and I'll be doing the same. Probably have an easier time accessing my money hiding it under my mattress than in a Blue checking/saving account.
