No weekends and can't talk to local employees when you call.

Horrible. Called today to get the holiday hours and the woman who answered acted like I was interrupting her day by asking a question. I asked her if the website was wrong and she "maybe." At this point I asked for a supervisor and I got Ron who was also curt and arrogant. I ended my call reminding Ron the reason they have jobs are the customers. Horrid. Hate this co-op since simplicity took over. I'll use an alternative branch from now on and never recommend them. I'll also be reporting them to the co-op.

Why aren't you open weekends? You know, a lot of people work or have school throughout the week and are unable to go to the bank until saturday or sunday. If you want to rate better among your customers, BE OPEN DURING THE WEEKENDS!

I have been with this credit union for quite a long time but the fact that you are not open on weekends or later in the day on week days might have me change to a different one. It sounds like I'm not the only person that feels this way. When I have Banking matters that need to be taken care of I have to take off work to get it done? Not very "simple" st all
