After relocating to oshkosh my wife and searched for a locale bank credit union and chose citizens first. I'm Very unsatisfied with citizens first credit union. The loan/mortgage department is inept to say the least. Online banking site is a nightmare to use. No texting services for account balances which is feature I love. After switching over I decided toI remain with my credit union that is based out of western Wisconsin however my wife reluctantly still banks here.

Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Moved my car loan over and saved a fair amount of money on my monthly payments. Lots of locations makes it easy to do my banking.

By far the best bank I've ever used, they will do whatever they can to help you. I live 45 mins from them and do all my stuff online with no issues.

I started out with CitizensFirst after moving from Michigan to Oshkosh, and wanted to stay with a credit union. It was between them and another credit union, and inevitably went with CitizensFirst. They have been super helpful from the very beginning! I even convinced my boyfriend to switch to them after they transitioned to Verve, and it's even better now since there's more accessible locations!
