Asked about mortgage rates. Next day the guy called and said if I wasn't going to refinance I'd have to pay a service charge for him running my credit report (that he didn't tell me he was going to do) . All I did was ask what the current rates were.

The new management is much better than prior manager. Nice group of employees and they pride themselves on customer service.

Paul the service manager here is an extremely rude childish person. He trains his tellers to ask every customer who deposits what he considers large amounts of cash, $2,000, if the money is fraudulent or from illegal activity such as selling drugs. When I called to address the issue Paul simply argued with me and refused to apologize. When i asked to talk to his boss he said they were on vacation and no I couldn't get a number or email to leave a message. We own a local business and deposit cash all the time. We are also saving for a house and were going through wells for our mortgage up until this happened. I told Paul I was working with their mortgage guy there and he just lost a mortgage, his response was, do you want me to tell him for you? Wow. How is this guy a manager? His employees rudeness is clearly a direct result from him.
