Pay your bills and you wouldnt have a problem

I wish I could give them less than one star. They've been harassing me for months to pay them, regardless of me telling them I don't have money I can give them and that I would call when I did. Honestly rude people - and I don't even know how they got my number. They are a bunch of bullies and are not at all helpful when you're trying to give them what you can. When you tell them an amount, they'll say, "Is that all? Can't you ask someone in your family or friends if they can help you?" Like no. It's not their problem. I give what I can and they can deal with it. Just a bunch of heartless, cruel bullies that have nothing better to do than to berate you when they call and try to bully you into paying more than you can.

These are the rudest "PEOPLE" I have ever spoken to. They have no class, they continue to call my place of employment and when I called back it lasted maybe a minute because a person by the name of Nancy had a bug up her butt! They are customer service that it a joke!

I actually have had nothing but great things to say. I do have some debt and all my medical bills were transferred here. I've been working with Paul who has been an absolute delight. I don't have to call, I set up automatic payments and he keeps me up to date with things along the way. They are actually really nice.

I had a medical bill from a previous surgery. These people have been amazing when it comes to waiting. I have nothing but amazing things to say!
